In Store Returns & Exchanges
IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
You may return Products, which You have purchased in one of our stores for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- the Products are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn or used;
- the price (swing) ticket and labels are attached to the Products or its packaging;
- the original till slip accompanies the return and the Products are returned in the original store of purchase;
- for health reasons no underwear, used/worn helmets and/or soiled Products may be returned;
- Products that have been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to may not be returned;
- no gift cards can be refunded.
Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Products results from normal wear and tear, negligence or damage arising from misuse and/or improper or inadequate care of the Products and/or where the items have been altered and/or dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Where applicable, We will refund You the purchase price, which You paid for the returned Products, as follows:
Cash and debit and credit card purchases will be refunded to You the form of EFT payment to your bank;
gift card purchases will be refunded either by crediting the gift card used to make the initial purchase or by issuing of a new gift card.
