  • During the assembly process, as the hose fitting and ferrule are swaged onto the hose, the PTFE inner core is pushed into three internal grooves. These grooves are dual-purpose: they form internal sealing o-rings and they enable the free and secure rotation of the fittings post-hydraulic swaging.
  • This innovative design not only maintains the integrity of the hose but also guarantees that the fittings remain securely in place.
  • In bespoke applications, this promotes the ability to cleverly rotate the fittings whilst in position to finesse the fitment.
